“I had never seen her so angry.
Surely I was used to Dark’s tantrums and anger fits, but this was the first time I had seen tears come out of her eyes. She didn’t even recognize them herself; a stranger to the idea of crying. “If you ever are so stupid to let yourself be hurt like that again I’ll be the one to end you myself, even if it kills me” she said, with fiery rage in her voice.”
